Prayer to the Theotokos
☩ Morning Prayers (version 1) ☩
O most holy Lady Theotokos, by thy holy and all-powerful prayers cleanse me from all impurity of soul and body.
Deliver me from all harm and misfortune.
Cause me to walk always in the path of righteousness and peace.
Enlighten my heart with the grace of thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
And save me, for thou art the salvation of the Christian people.
Amen.
